Disabling only Package C6 states while keeping Core C6 enabled

Currently, the --c6-disable option leads to the following output with the -l option:

...
C6 State - Package - Disabled
C6 State - Core - Disabled

Is there a way to disable only the Package C6 state and keep the Core C6 state enabled?
