Not working in PS plus at thie time

Tazzetiel opened this issue · 10 comments

I just installed this, made sure to follow all steps carefully, but it seems to still not work in PS plus right now.

Check in program https://github.com/Nielk1/VSCView/releases/

If everything works, then Sony has disabled DualShock4 emulators to give a fuck to gamers who use emulators.

If so, please don't ever buy Sony games again and just download them for free online if you want to play them.

Firstly, so THAT is how people have those overlays, nice, also, will check and report back here.

This is what i can figure out through that program so far.

Yes i did, and strangely now i see the duslshock controler in that program... maybe i did something wrong then. I'll see if i can get ps+ to use my controler as a DS4 controler now... if i can figure out how to "change" that now that it has been run and played with it thinking it is the controler it actually is

Okay, now i am confused. I checked in VSCview just now, and it once again only shows the SharpDX.XInput.Controller (my physical controller) and not the virtual DS4 that i try to emulate with this software here... I made sure to start the emulator first, and then the view...
Restarted my pc, repaired my controller with my pc (official wireless dongle-stick) and tried if a wired configuration would work.

I am bejond confused as to what i am doing wrong here.

https://github.com/xeropresence/remoteplay-version-patcher maybe this will help, I didn't check, if someone can check it would be great
