Tabs and ManageTabs controls in in DesktopModules/Admin/Tabs are almost identical by functionality, but have separate resource files. Need to sync translation of common resources to make those two controls look similar.

Closing this, as a translation-related issues should be tracked via Transifex projects primarily.
