Request: Add "but exclude this many recent tabs from being suspended" setting

It would be great if there was a third number entry setting to specify a number of recently-active tabs that should be excluded from suspending. It would be very useful to users who have a lot of tabs.
There was another tab suspender addon that had this option in pre-Quantum Firefox, but has not been updated. Since Firefox 57 is significantly more memory-heavy with lots of tabs open, this type of function is now needed more than ever.
Until then, I've settled to just setting all my tabs to suspend after 1 minute.
