When I use former.insertUpdate(rowFormer: someRow, below: otherRow, rowAnimation: .top) it inserts someRow empty space even it already inserted.

Can you provide a code snippet here so that I can replicate this and hopefully get you a fix?

You can replicate it by trying to inserting already inserted row.
