Is POW! a Logbook like a ship's Logbook? Darwin's Ship? Or A Pirate?

Don't Panic, because hormones

"Remark" is for example "Moored in A.. (something) Bay"

Analogi:
ship is for example your body and hormones
Captain is for example your self control or self mastery

or

ship is for example your body
Waves and Winds and Tides are hormones.
Captain is for example your self mastery
Todays position: is for example "How do I feel today"
Navigation: is for example based on "How do I usually feel on a day like today."

Wrote some thoughts on this in Twitter: https://twitter.com/raae/status/1237821224149037060 and also found a great youtube of Captain's Log: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wP20erTQf4g

  1. I will try to use POW! as a coding practice log.
  2. So that I may repeat what I did today at a later date and thus make it stick.
