a.wik.pe is down

i tried to get an aliased shrt to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.web (since http://wki.pe/.web resolves into 403, pls tweak your .htaccess)

with http://wki.pe/wkipe-dir/php/api.php?aliased=true&alias=webTLD&article=https%253A%252F%252Fen.wikipedia.org%252Fwiki%252F.web and getting

but a.wik.pe happened to be offline, so no aliases were made that day.
same with others *.wik.pe subdomains.
