API's for DeTTECT

Is there any rest API's available to interact with DeTTECT and create layers automatically?

There are no REST API's for DeTT&CT and currently we don't have plans to create those. We've seen implementations where the DeTT&CT CLI commands are included in pipelines, in order to automate steps. Maybe this is something you can use, depending on your requirements.
