Run analyze if it hasn't run for a time.

On a not really active database then it can useful to run analys at some frequency. This has probably some impact so we need to look into that

This can be useful on low traffic db but I'm unsure about the impact of running analyse during higher load.

The doc say:
ANALYZE requires only a read lock on the target table, so it can run in parallel with other activity on the table.

I think that will best to add a warning and action call in the UI to run analyze then.

I'm closing this ticket as it will have create risk. It's better to have a warning system in place
