Add the picture of the primary assigned user next to each story.

This was originally a request from @racingcow on the Trello board.

We could use the presenter email address to do these things:

• mini gravatar in the item list
• big gravatar/webRTC web cam on "current item"
• you name it...

Both Target Process and JIRA provide access to the avatars used in their systems.

Well, crap. The JIRA images are only visible if the user is authenticated into JIRA site. (heavysigh)

The gravatar option is looking better all the time.
