lib/rack/contrib/locale.rb does not take into account country codes

Locale detection ignores country code (for example, 'en-UK' will be parsed as 'en').
P.S.: I see that this issue is fixed in master, but it has not been released yet to RubyGems.org. Is it safe to use version 1.2.0 from master?
