• onhover link ala https://status.github.com/messages
• use connect-baddies
• link to the issue for easy linking
• mention who opened the ticket
• split service.coffee into separate files: service, mailer, github getter, db saver etc
• capitalize title of a group of messages
• say which version of the bot is online
• clicking on repo link should take you to the issues page
• onhover whitespace next to the time shows time
