Unable to add WebRtc.Net.dll in separate project

Hi,
I am trying to add this library in my project but it throws following exception. I also added utils there but still same error. Any considerations regarding x64 etc?
Could not load file or assembly 'WebRtc.NET, Version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.
