When I use different terminals on Windows, there are always some color schemes that are excessively bright and cause discomfort to my eyes.

You can use Windows Terminal, Windows 11 has made it the default Terminal. It allows more freedom to customize the color scheme, and has a lot of great color schemes built in as well。
