Skin Composer does not save 'markup' and 'scaled height' flags into project file (.scmp)

As the title says, Skin Composer (versions 53 and 54) do not save newly added flags "markupEnabled" and "scaling value" to the project file (.scmp). So upon reopening the project, values are lost. This seems to be true for the font's "flip" value as well.
