I'm sorry Raeleus but you're next on my hdpi journey.
It would be cool to have HiDPI support out of the box.
IBL composer checks the resolution it is running on to achieve this.
That's also the way I used to do it, don't know if it's the best approach though.
Example: mgsx-dev/gdx-gltf@e54a17d

It's always been something that's been lingering in the back of my mind, but I've never had the hardware to test it. I'll see what I can do. Thanks!
