Gtk theme doesn't apply to blanket

I am using linux mint and using the flatpak of the blanket app.
I use the following command
sudo flatpak override --filesystem=$HOME/.themes
sudo flatpak override --filesystem=$HOME/.icon
Although all the other apps follow the gtk theme, blanket fails.
Can you please fix it or tell me why this is happening? Thank you.
By the way, I am using the gruvbox theme which supports gtk 4.
