Not all photos uploaded/queued

Both me and my girldfriend is using this on our main camera-folders to upload "all" photos to flickr automatically. But we are both seeing randomly ignored photos, ie, they have no icon on them, and they are not uploaded to flickr?
Worryingly, some un-marked photos are uploaded and some are not. Is there any way to get at the logfiles? I could not find a way.
The log is attached to the mail when you click on the Feedback button in the Preferences, so you can send the mail to yourself if you want to read the logs. Alternatively you can send it to me at flickruploader@rafali.com so I can check for errors.
Regarding your issue, make sure all the folders you want auto-uploaded are selected in Preferences > Auto Upload Folders.
I only want the main camera folder uploaded, and its selected. Logfile is here:

My camera-folder has 596 items in it both according to gallery app and flickr uploader. Many of those are videos though.
Edit: I edited the logfile, after trying to backup 3 new photos. Only 1 uploaded, which is marked as such in the app. The photo that was successfully uploaded was /storage/emulated/0/DCIM/Camera/IMG_20140122_204525, the first one I took in succession.
I also tried disabling the 30s delay, that did not help.
I was just about to write a feedback email to pretty similar problem.

When I look at the folder view inside the app, I can select one (a folder) and decide to upload it to a new set. After giving the new set a name it creates that set and uploads only the most recent image from the folder. This happened with five different folders on my Nexus 5 with Android 4.4.2.
When the upload is finished and I click on the folder again, telling the app to upload it to the now created set, all the missing images from the folder on the phone are uploaded to the selected set.
I fiddled a bit around and it seems only to happen when one uploads a folder to a new set.

Could this be related?
I too have noticed that not all media is being uploaded from monitored folders.
I'm working on a new version of the app. I will try to better monitor new files in a folder.
I've published the 2.1 version on the Play Store. I rewrote the way folders are monitored so auto-upload should work better now.
