Auto user sync on registration on any site

How to sync session if the user registered on any site and we have user sync to all the subsite.
if their any hook which can verify user on a user registration

You don't need a hook.
It will be automatically marked as valid on the subsite if it is valid on the main site. Just make sure you use the same login page for every sites.
