Date when site has been added to blocking

In conjunction with number of impulses, it would be interesting to know how long the site has been blocked (or since it has been blocked).

I actually implemented this with 1.0.0. We now keep track when is the website added to block. I just didn't make that inforation visible anywhere. Maybe with 1.1.0 we can implement it.
