CPU Clock shows 0 after startup, after refreshing of all gadget it works and show real world values - ref#233

Same issue as last time, now in version 1.8.1 as well - see #233
After startup the cpu clock shows a solid 0. Instead of apply i say now according to the new hwinfo settings 'Refresh all gadgets' and the cpu clock immediately starts to show real values - so my reference to the cpu clock settings is fine as otherwise it would not show any clock speed at all if it was ref wrong.
I just upgraded the hwinfo to 7.12 (from 7.10). Therefore i exited the hwinfo and after installation was finished the temp sensors come back when the hwinfo started to work, except for the cpu clock as in the picture above.
Sidenote, the gpumeter did also not catch that the hwinfo was working again - Hwinfo not detected on the full widget.
After a 'Refresh all gadgets' all worked again.
Hope this helps to track the issue down now
