Registration seems to work partially

After answering the first question, registrant can't complete the form because the next questions don't appear.

I'm not able to reproduce the bug locally. There are no errors in the console. I'm trying to do partial rewrites of places where jquery could be messing out and deploying. I don't like it but it has to be fixed.
