Does anyone know the license of the following logo image?

We will introduce RailsGirls on Japan with its logo file.

@hsbt entire project falls under Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 License. You can visit http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0 for more info

I know that we can use files under the https://github.com/railsgirls/railsgirls.github.io by CC-SA 3.0. But http://railsgirls.com/images/railsgirls-sq.png has not included by them.

It was designed by @ksaa but I believe we can put it under the same license as the rest of the site :)
