In Dynamically Adding/Removing Nested Objects paragraph written that user should add //= require action_form in application.js. It's not right, because user should add //= require active_form in application.js.

The README is right and the file is named wrong. Thanks for filing, but please don't use Action Form in production - it's not ready.
