Database - Version 1.2.1

Hello, I updated Builder to version 1.2.1 this morning. Since the update, I cannot add or modify any tables for my plugin.

When I click Save I get the following message:

Migration

There are no changes to save.

[Cancel]

This only happened since updating to version 1.2.1

Any guidance or help would be greatly appreciated.
