Builder Plugins Not Showing Up In Plugin Selector List

I created a plugin with builder and built out the databases, forms, list, etc. Everything is great! But... the plugins I create do not show up in the plugin selector list. That list shows No plugins found.

I've created several test plugins and I cannot get them to show in the list.

I got it. Only plugins matching the configured Builder author namespace show up. No bug.
