translate components not shown on component picker

Hi,
I have installed the latest version of OctoberCMS and the translate plugin.
However the components are not shown in teh picker:
Is that a known issue ?

If you are looking for the Language Picker component, then in October CMS 3 it was replaced by the Site Picker component.
