GUI: Keep tabs unique

One tab per tree-view item
Show selection of the data/report tree-view item upon current tab change
Upon fault tree removal, the diagram tabs should close
(don't reopen upon undo)
Close all the report tabs if the report has been deleted

This issue has potential (implementation) conflicts with multi-view, multi-window, split setups (e.g., GIMP-like layout).
