My fixes to 2.1.1

Our plugin.cfg file still says that this:

This is confusing to us and users this should be:

• Rakugo Dialogue System instead of Rakugo Core
• version should be always the same like in release notes/zip name

Our Project files also says that project name is Rakugo Core

For now RakuScriptDialogue requiers to maually type path to *.rk script,
it was broken after auto converions from Godot 3.5 to 4.0, and it easy to fix
