Add new tab "Profile"

We should add a new tab - "Profile" with the following logic:
- If a user is not authorized
- If there are any Rambler.ID accounts in the system - we show selection screen.
- If there are no saved accounts - we show authorization screen.
- If a user is authorized we show his profile.
