Implement Quick Actions on App Icon

We can add some actions leading the user to one of the tabs - announcements, locations, reports.

@RinaRish feel free to implement it in a separate feature branch.

Some tips:

  • Use a separate AppDelegate for handling QuickActions
  • Icons for QuickActions are available in Zeplin - tell me when you'll need them.
  • Maybe instead of Announcements action we'd better add two dynamic actions - they will reference the last visited Events.
