[Taskbar Labels for Windows 11] Text trimming should be optional

I personally never have been a fan of character ellipsis. Thankfully in TextTrimming, there are options for Word Trimming, or Clip (Windows 11 default behavior).

To appease those with a similar opinion, three options should be introduced: Character Ellipsis, Word Ellipsis, and Clip. As for which should be the default, Character Ellipsis should probably be default since that's the current behavior - I'll leave that up to your interpretation.

So far in my fork I've only tested this behavior with the native taskbar label implementation. I'm unsure if this will work with older Windows 11 builds.

It can be added, I just assumed that everybody prefers ellipsis (it was also the behavior in all previous Windows versions), and got no feedback that says otherwise until now.

For now, you can of course fork the mod, or you can use Windows 11 Taskbar Styler for that and other specific adjustments.
