[Vertical Taskbar for Windows 11] Account card and Start menu shadow get truncated

A note, though, maybe the shadow is already like that in the native behaviour because the menu isn't supposed to be floating

Expected Behaviour

For the screenshot below, I only turned off Vertical Taskbar mod. All others in the list at the end were still on
