font files are copied into the root directory on render

When rendering the wiley-njd-example.qmd it appears that all of the fonts from the _extensions/ramiromagno/wiley-njd/wiley-njd-v5/Fonts folder are copied into the root directory.

I'm presuming this might a requirement for rendering but wondering if it might be possible to clean up all of these files after render is completed? It would be nice not to have all of those font files clutrering the root directory.

If this issue is still relevant to you, could you please check if the fonts are still located in the root directory?

I haven't revisited this in a while but will make some time to check with the latest versions.

Thank you. I think the issue persists. I'm looking for a workaround.
