North Arrow on Exported map does not point to north pole

Describe the bug
When user exports a map, the north arrow icon does not point north.
To Reproduce
- Open CCCS
- Zoom in to St. John's. Look at the direction the arrow points
- Click 'Export' icon. Notice the direction the north arrow points
Expected behavior
I expect the North pole arrow to point towards the north pole on both the map and the export
Actual
It points to the top of the screen, not in the direction of the North Pole
