Your demo isnt working in Safari. Here is the error that I get in Safari v9.0.2:

TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating 'listener.listen')

I don't think safari does support webspeech properly yet. Check here(http://caniuse.com/#feat=speech-recognition)
