It doesn‘t make sense.
docker 17.12.1-ce is better than docker 17.12.0-ce. https://download.docker.com/linux/static/stable/x86_64/

当前安装DOCKER版本为：17.12.1
Linux内核版本为：3.10.0-693.17.1.el7.x86_64
install CVE-2019-5736-build3/runc-v17.12.1-amd64-no-memfd_create
