Level selection should probably be moved into the PHP side (simplifies the C++ code). Would make it possible to weigh levels based on average rating.

This was moved into the PHP side. I don't think I'll mess with weighted randomness, but this allows only choosing from a subset of all levels for the 10lvl rom (i.e. certain difficulty, only verified levels).
