Bug in windows charge bar charges to quick.

Need to test gameplay on windows machine. It seems the charge bar buildup loads almost immediately

Let's extend node2d and flip the bar first, because we don't really want that bar anyways. Or maybe implement the "fire" idea instead? (The longer you hold, the more flames appear around the screen)

I like the fire idea.
