Redirects with relative URLs fail to load

Describe the bug
When visiting an site that redirects to the relative URL, the user will be met with Invalid url: RelativeUrlWithoutBase error.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to
gemini://tictactoe.lanterne.chilliet.eu - Wait...
- See error
Expected behavior
The site should load properly.
Software info (please complete the following information):
- OS: Arch Linux
- Geopard's Version: 1.4.0

This is just an tracking issue, the fix for this is already in #90.
