Figma File has non-working/incorrect links

In the Figma File, under: Getting Started with Radius, the first paragraph has a link that does not go to the correct URL.
Steps
- Log-in to Figma
- Click on the community page link
Expected
Link opens to https://www.figma.com/community/file/831997833675385869
Actual Result
Link opens to https://radius-ds.netlify.app/
Notes
- In view-only mode (not logged in), these links do not seem to be clickable at all (intentional?)
- The Following are also not clickable: Best Practices, Templates, Video tutorials.
