Allow people to leave written reviews (along with ratings) for the following
- Projects
- Moderator profiles
- Tutorials
- Articles
- Courses (learn.knotters)
- Games (play.knotters)
All rating views can have a common toggleable side drawer design with all reviews stacked vertically, scrollable, like the global side menu, containing review editor fixed on top.
