Bad edge case behavior?

For example if I test the rule amazon.com -> smile.amazon.com the webpage loads without any images. Reloading smile.amazon.com with this rule makes it worse.

The replacement will be made on ALL resources requested from amazon.com. If you press F12 in Chrome, click the network tab, then load amazon.com, it will list them all.
