Add mod "Exordium" and remove "LambDynamicLights"

LDL causes a lot of framestutter on 1.19.3 when equipped in a hand, upon which a torch emits light.
I want this pack to be as performant as it can be, and as it is not a vanilla feature, I might remove it in the next release.

Exordium is a small mod which renders the HUD at a lower frame rate, which can yield higher performance on lower-end systems.
I may end up removing ModMenu too, as it shows 74 mods loaded at startup, which isn't at all true nor helpful.
