The iso download url seems to be not found:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/7/5/E/75EC4E54-5B02-42D6-8879-D8D3A25FBEF7/7601.17514.101119-1850_x64fre_server_eval_en-us-GRMSXEVAL_EN_DVD.iso
Can you please update it

Microsoft has pull the official location and the project has not determined an alternative trusted public source at this time. Likely this URL or the ISO itself will become a pre-requisite sourced and supplied by the user. You may find utilizing a pre-build image meets your needs, see: https://github.com/rapid7/metasploitable3#quick-start or issue #447 also provides details about how to pull the images without vagrant.
