what is problem?
The log messaging suggests the download is still in progress.
This simply looks like vagrant is having trouble downloading from the vagrant cloud. The box is still available, however please notice that vagrant cloud has added a new architecture metadata type that likely is meant to reflect x86/x86_64/arm64 that did not exist then the images were uploaded. The images are only valid for x86_64 environments.
