Add United Nations feature

We already have the European Union. It'd be nice to add the United Nations too. Almost all territories comprise UN member states with some exceptions:
- Cook Islands
- Kosovo
- Niue
- State of Palestine
- Taiwan
- Vatican City
- Western Sahara
- others???

Upon further consideration, the UN doesn't seem like a great fit for country-coder since it doesn't have a real political area. Unlike the EU, it doesn't make sense to ask if a specific point is "in" the UN.

Ended up adding this since there's sometimes a debate over "is this a country" and some people point to UN membership as part of that answer. It's still true it doesn't make sense to ask "is this point in the UN", but "is this point in a UN member state" sounds fine and I don't see a reason to be pedantic here.
