Missing scoop bucket

I tagged it as indicated on the bucket list page but it seems like the scoop directory doesn't actually scan automatically.
My arbitrariae bucket is a small bucket, only for apps which I couldn't find elsewhere (or seem unmaintained elsewhere), or don't think would fit well into the main or scoop-extras buckets.
If I find a well maintained version elsewhere, especially by original app maintainers, or in the main buckets, I deprecate and eventually remove from my bucket.
Additionally, if I manage to get an installer to a point where I think it would be accepted in scoop-extras, I move it there.
I've been maintaining the bucket steadily since November 2019.
