update zuul-ngrok in npjms.com with version 4.1.0

Hi @rase- would you be able to publish version 4.1.0 of this library to npmjs.com? MQTT.js and because of the the zuul-ngrok@4.0.0 the library can't be installed on Windows?
I am new to Node and npmjs so not sure if this is the correct way to make this request. There is related issue on the ngx-mqtt project that we are trying to resolve.
Thank you for anything you can do to move this forward.

I solved it by adding a github reference in package.json like this:
"zuul-ngrok": "git+https://git@github.com/rase-/zuul-ngrok.git"
