Describe the bug
The deprecation of generated_jit means that QuartiCal's current codex-africanus dependency doesn't work with numba==0.59.0 (released today).
Workaround
The temporary solution is to downgrade to numba==0.58.1.
Solution
I need to do a QuartiCal release which pins the minimum codex-africanus version to the latest release.
